Here's the pics with the new sail - just simple nylon/taffetta. The sail was designed with the aid of a package called Sailcut 4.09 - available from http://home.wanadoo.nl/robert.laine/index.html I used the following measurements:   Luff 1270mm   Foot 482mm   Molded sail (average depth = 10%) (probably should have been 2%)   ========================================================================== Here's the old sail I made out of 0.5mm Mylar. I re-cut it several times afterwards, but the bottom still back-winded the top...
