"Sharon Walker is a tremendous vocalist whose
specialty is Gospel Music. Her CD "Just Believe"
is a fine collection of traditional and modern
Gospel songs. I particularly enjoyed "We've Got To
Get America Back To God" and the title track, a
nice variation on the classic "I Believe." If you like
Christian music, this CD is for you."

"Always A Lady", Sharon's first album, was recorded in Nashville for Tall Grass Records. The new songs, her unique voice and the special elegant manner in which she presents herself make a proud statement of her values. Sharon refuses to give up her western rural heritage and values. In a confident, realistic attitude, Sharon says, "I'm not chasing a dream, I'm just fulfilling one.".

Growing up in a small northwestern Oklahoma town,
Sharon's mother invited an out-of-town teacher to come to their home on Saturdays to instruct area students. Hard work and a natural talent for singing brought Sharon many awards during her school years. After high school, other interests took priority. Duties of a rancher's wife, raising three children, a career in business and quality time with the family limited her singing to local events. Among her credits is her rendition of "My Desperado" on an album for Oklahoma's 100th anniversary of the Cherokee Strip Land Run. Sharon shares space on the album with country superstars Roy Clark and Hank Thompson.
