Portrait Sessions

Outdoor photography is a wonderful way to combine your portraits with nature's beauty no matter what the season. There are many suitable environmental locations in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex offering a variety of styles. This gives you an enormous selection in backgrounds to choose from. If a location is chosen outside the Dallas/ Fort Worth Metroplex travel time and expenses will be added to the session fee. If a location cannot be decided upon, the photographer will make a few suggestions.

Your session charge covers the actual costs of the session and processing your previews. The session fee of $175 includes over $100 worth of color previews. These are prints with a satin finish. If you would like to combine your session with sepia or black and white add $100. For more than one location site add on $60 per site. Some locations in the metroplex will charge their own fee for usage of their facility; it is the sole responsibility of the client to secure and obtain any permits needed to use for photography.

Clothing is an important key to any portrait session. The subject of your portraits should be you not your clothing. You want to stay away from clothing that has a pattern; solid colors are the best. We suggest choosing a classic look that will not give your portraits an outdated look in five to ten years. Prior to your appointment, we will be glad to suggest appropriate attire for your portrait session.
