O'ahu is the most populous of the Hawaiian Islands--and the most diversified. Here you'll find Waikiki Beach (anyone not heard of Waikiki Beach?), Diamond Head Crater, Honolulu, Pearl Harbor and the Arizona Memorial, incredible hotels, great shopping!

Maui is the first choice of the Islands if you're a golfer! Olowalu Beach if you want to snorkel! Awalua Beach if you want to learn to surf! Oneloa, and Kamaole are popular locals' beaches. Haleakala National park with its crater is a challenge for even fit hikers. Humpback whales make the warm waters off the coast of Maui their home during the winter months.

"The Road to Hana" (Highway 36) is a 52-mile two-lane road with over 200 hairpin turns crossing more than 50 bridges. Here the journey is definitely most of the fun! Count on its taking a full day. And, be sure you have lots of film or an empty high-meg card for that digital!

Lana'i, the sixth largest of the Islands, is privately owned and developed. It's a brand new experience if you haven't been there since 1991.
