ZEI, Inc., a Michigan Corporation (formerly Zinder Engineering, Inc., a member of the Zinder Companies of Washington, D.C.), was established in July 1973 to provide multidisciplinary engineering, architectural and management consulting services to the natural gas, electric, petroleum, manufacturing and chemical industries.   Since its formation, the Company has been engaged in a variety of projects throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Germany and Austria.
