Participated with ZEI, Inc., on cast iron and unprotected steel main replacement studies and was responsible for all metallurgical aspects of the studies of fourteen large natural gas distribution systems. On five of these studies, Dr. Pehlke also performed the pipe coupon laboratory and analytical work to determine corrosion weight loss.
